| Created by three smart moms, this is a kit that allows
you to make a customized caregiver guide for your childcare provider.
Included is a three ring binder which will house the guide. A CD-ROM provides
templates for each page of the guide, and parents simply enter the information
on the computer and then print it out, place it in the binder, and that's
it. These moms thought of everything--there are places to record information
for each child such as daily schedule, food likes and dislikes, medical
information, rules and responsibilities and special needs. This is a very
